The members of the Parliament of Montenegro did not start the discussion at the plenum today on amendments to the law on confiscation of property acquired through criminal activity - the so-called anti-mafia law, an agreement has already been reached in principle to postpone the discussion, "Vijesti" learned from a source in the parliament.
The debate was postponed because the working group that was formed to advance the proposed legal solutions did not finish its work.
"The working group should continue its work in the coming period so that the draft law will not be discussed at the extraordinary session of the parliament", explained one of the sources of "Vijesti".
The debate in the Assembly will formally begin tomorrow.
