The joint meeting of the consultative committee (CCC) between the European Union (EU) and Montenegro will be held tomorrow in Podgorica, the General Secretariat of the Government announced.

As stated, the meeting will be opened by the co-chairmen of ZKO, Pavle D. Radovanović and Andrej Zorko.

In the introductory part, the State Secretary in the Ministry of European Affairs (MEP) Milena Žižić and the head of the EU delegation Oana Kristina Popa will talk about the current relations between the EU and Montenegro, including a review of the European Commission's Report on Montenegro for last year.

The members of the negotiating structure from the MEP and the Ministry of Justice, Miloš Radonjić and Bojan Božović, will speak within the three topics of the agenda, which will cover the First Cluster of the Revised Enlargement Methodology - Basic Chapters, as well as the state of civil society in Montenegro.

Members of ZKO from the non-governmental sector, Executive Director of the Montenegrin Pan-European Union Gordana Đurović and Association of Disabled Youth Marina Vujačić will also speak about this topic.

Representatives of the non-governmental sector, from the Center for Democratic Transition Milena Bešić, Civil Alliance Pavla Ćupić, Institute of Alternatives Dragana Jaćimović and the Network for the Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector Vanja Ćalović Marković will take part in the panels.

The General Secretariat of the Government said that the Executive Director of the Center for Civic Education Daliborka Uljarević, as well as the President of the European Economic and Social Council of the Western Balkans Monitoring Committee, Ionut Sibian and the representative of the EU Delegation in Montenegro, Ana Mariguesa, will participate in the panels.

As they said, a joint declaration will be adopted at the meeting.
