According to the data of the State Election Commission (SEC), by 18 p.m. the highest turnout was in Šavnik and amounted to 77,72 percent.
After Šavnik, the highest turnout by 18 pm was recorded in Plužine 69,39 percent, then in Žabljko 67,26 percent, in Mojkovac 66,75, in Pljevlja 66,26, and in Kolašin 65,96 percent.
18 percent voted in Zeta, 65,22 in Danilovgrad, 64,70 in Nikšić, while in Podgorica the turnout by that time was 63,80 percent.
18 percent voted in Andrijevica, 60,56 percent in Budva, 56,13 percent in Tivat, 55,37 percent in Berane, 55,26 percent in Kotor, and 53,93 percent in Bijelo Polje.
A turnout of 53,22 percent was recorded in Cetinje, 53,20 percent in Herceg Novi, 47,92 percent in Bar, while 41,94 percent of citizens exercised their right to vote in Plav.
34,85 percent of citizens went to the polls in Rožaje, 34 in Petnjica, while 33,9 percent voted in Tuzi.
In Ulcinj, 30,55 percent voted, while Gusinje had the lowest turnout in the presidential elections, where 27,39 percent of citizens went to the polls.
