The presidential candidate of the Europe Now Movement, Jakov Milatović, won almost 7.300 more votes in Podgorica than the candidate of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in Sunday's elections, the Election Commission of the Capital City found.
According to their data, 37.743 voters voted for Milatović, and 30.447 for Đukanović.
Đukanović and Milatović will face off in the second round of elections on April 2, since they won 35,3 and 28,9 percent of support on Sunday, respectively.
16.117 voters voted for the presidential candidate of the Democratic Front, Andrija Mandić, and 10.232 for the leader of the Democrats, Aleksa Bečić.
SDP candidate Draginja Vuksanović Stanković was supported by 2.686 voters, United leader Goran Danilović by 1.482, and independent candidate Jovan Radulović by 717 voters.
143.608 people had the right to vote in Podgorica.
