At tonight's session, the State Election Commission (SEC) determined the provisional results of the first round of presidential elections held yesterday.
According to the provisional results of the SEC, out of 100 percent of the processed votes, the current president of Montenegro and the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Milo Đukanović won 35,37 percent of the votes (or 119.673 votes), the deputy president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Jakov Milatović 28,92 .97.858 (19,32), and one of the champions of the Democratic Front (DF), Andrija Mandić, 65.386 percent (XNUMX).
The leader of the Democrats, Aleksa Bečić, won 11,10 percent (37.562), the deputy of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Draginja Vuksanović Stanković 3,15 (10.669), the President of the United Montenegro Goran Danilović 1,38 (4.652), while the independent candidate Jovan Radulović won 0,76 percent (2.574).
The SEC determined that the total number of valid ballots in Sunday's elections was 338.381.
Đukanović and Milatović qualified for the second round of the presidential elections, which will be held on April 2.
