The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is using the opportunity to inform the public about a gross attempt at abuse, that is, a direct attempt to obstruct the election process by the company To Montenegro, Boris Muratović, a member of the DPS Executive Board, announced this evening.
"In fact, according to current announcements, the mentioned company moved the usual flight time from Zurich on April 2, to the late evening hours. It is clear that behind this is an attempt to prevent our diaspora from exercising their right to vote, and furthermore, the fear of the opponents of everything more certain defeat," Muratović pointed out in a statement delivered by the DPS.
He added that they are warning the To Montenegro company "not to deal with things that are subject to criminal liability, especially not towards our diaspora, which has always been loyal to its country".
"Of course, whatever they do, they will not prevent Montenegrin voters from expressing their opinion, and especially not the diaspora, which the Government in which Jakov Milatović was also wanted to deny the right to vote in their homeland," concluded Muratović.
