CeMI announced that "the occurrence of vote buying in the premises of the hotel in Rožaje - Suho Polje" by representatives of a political party was reported to them from several sources.
They also stated on Twitter that they are continuously receiving reports of irregularities related to the incomplete composition of polling committee members, the taking of photographs of ballots and the loud announcement of voters' names and surnames by polling committee members.
Voting at the polling station in Kanje near Bijelo Polje was interrupted today around 16.30:XNUMX p.m.

CeMI announced that in Podgorica, at polling station 4B in the "Radojica Perović" school, a person with a disability, who tried to get to the polling station with a vehicle for the disabled on two occasions, at 15:XNUMX a.m. and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., was unable to get to the polling station. , because the gate was locked.

The NGO published a correction, saying that the observer subsequently informed them that it was polling station number 17, not 16, as indicated in the "Ferizbori" application.
"Three are confirmed in the report, with the statement that there is knowledge of several more identical cases," CeMI announced earlier today.
The President of the State Election Commission (SEC) Nikola Mugoša said at the press conference at 16:XNUMX p.m. that no objections have been filed so far.
"In case there are irregularities, the procedure is such that the complaint is first submitted to the municipal election commission, and then the SEC decides on it at the session. We have no information about any significant violation of procedures," said Mugoša.
CDT published new information about the recorded irregularities.
At polling station number 54 in Bijelo Polje, 24 requests by letter were filled out and signed at the polling station. Also, at polling station number 3 in Bijelo Polje, seven out of 12 requests for voting by letter were filled in at the polling station. All these requests were accepted by the electoral commissions, despite the fact that they were not signed by the voters.
"At polling station number 54 in Bijelo Polje, one female voter took a photo of the ballot, which was later canceled by the polling committee due to a violation of the secrecy of the vote," the CDT stated.
At polling station number 23 in Tuzi, due to the interruption of the electricity supply, voting took place for 40 minutes using the visual identification system. After the arrival of electricity, voting continued with the use of electronic identification.
CeMI announced that several cases of taking photos of ballot papers and publishing photos on social networks were reported to them.
"And what is a violation of the provisions on the secrecy of voting from Article 69a and contrary to Article 71a of the ZIOP, which prohibits the use of electronic devices for communication in the voting room," the NGO announced on Twitter.
In Podgorica at the Radojica Perović polling station, CeMI reports that a photograph of the ballot paper was reported.
"The members of the BO intervened and prevented the person from voting, after which the same person tore up his ballot in front of everyone and left the polling station. The electoral board entered the said event into the record. With this, the mentioned voter violated Article 71a of the ZIOP, which prohibits the use of electronic devices in the room for voting (telephone, mobile phone, laptop, tablet computer, etc.)," CeMI announced.
At polling station 24-C in Podgorica, as reported by CeMI, the device for electronic identification of voters is not functioning and does not read ID cards.
The Police Administration reported that from the security point of view, the election day is going peacefully.
