The Beran committee of Democratic Montenegro announced that the competent labor inspector assessed the dismissal of the vice president of that committee, Mihail Lalić, from the position of assistant director of the Health Center as illegal.
This party states that they are responding to the untruths and indecencies of the Socialist People's Party (SNP), from which Minister Dragoslav Šćekić comes, who, they claim, illegitimately dismissed Lalić, only now because of the second round of presidential elections, which they did not want to endanger.
"Citizens know the results, and they appreciated our contribution to it in the last local elections, and they will appreciate it in the next parliamentary elections as well. So, whether we have the support of the voters or not, the numbers tell, and we do not consider the observation of the party brought to the brink of statistical error to be important for review ", the announcement reads.
They claim that the SNP warned that "the hatred of an illegitimate minister of health can lead to bad consequences, however, it is more important for you to deal in a primitive way with defamation of family members without stains in their lives, than with truth, law and justice. Therefore, the competent state authority , who ordered the return of "a certain Lalić" to the workplace from which he was illegally dismissed, proved that it was not that "the law was not read", but on the contrary".
"Not wanting to get into untruths and ignorance in the way of labeling people who are in any way close to the Democrats (we understand that there should be some pathos for all of this: educational, moral-political, and ultimately human), we must point out that "a certain Lalić", how do you address a family man, a lawyer with many years of work experience and a passed bar exam, very well known to the people of Beran as a respected associate of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office, he has no need to consult with anyone on legal issues (as you assume in your blindness of hatred and lack of basic decency), although, according to general belief, he would have had someone with him. "A certain Lalić" fought his legal fight against political arbitrariness and personal hatred, "unknown" as it were, in such a way that the battle, if you allow, has already been won," he writes in the statement.
They state that the competent state body, which ordered the return of Lalić to the workplace from which he was illegally dismissed, proved that it was not that "the law was not read", but quite the contrary.
"Nevertheless, we are happy for the citizens that with this legal battle we won, we saved tens of thousands of euros, which the illegitimate minister of health intended to waste, in order to satisfy his hunger for hateful activities".
In defense of cadres close to the Democrats, they ask how many Democrats cadres were banned from work due to lack of adequate schooling, and how many SNP cadres?
"We expect an honest answer, so that we don't have to deny that falsehood. In the end, since the real author of the "answer" to our response to the illegal dismissal of an honest man started flaunting his work "results", it might not be worse to clarify one thing to the public : what did he do with around 200 thousand euros of money specifically paid to the Municipality of Berane for the construction of a building for persons with disabilities ("Building 27+")? "Or what Šćepan Šćekić would say: 'where are the money'?".
