The Committee for Political System, Judiciary and Administration today held a control hearing regarding the actions of the judicial authorities in the case of lifting the ban on entry into Montenegro for Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, Minister of Internal Affairs Filip Adžić, Acting Director of the Police Administration Nikola Terzić, Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović, Special Prosecutors Vukas Radonjić and Sanja Jovićević, Head of Basic State Prosecution Duško Milanović and Prosecutor Nikola Boričić came to the control hearing.
Committee President Momo Koprivica said that a majority is required to attend the session.
Representatives of the opposition parties did not come to the session.
Special prosecutor Jovićević was invited as a special prosecutor who acted in that case in the Special State Prosecutor's Office, and Radonjić as a prosecutor who initially acted in that case in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office. Boričić was invited as the head of ODT at the time.
Abazović said that the lifting of the entry ban on Belivuk and Miljković caused a lot of public attention.
"I'm neither the prosecutor, nor does it belong to me, but I think this case is very simple. The lifting of the ban could only come from the Police Department and the man who is responsible for it... It could have been written or oral... At the moment when Belivuk entered Montenegro, Zoran Lazović was the head of the Sector for Combating Organized Crime. There was only one man above him - Veselin Veljović, if Veljović lifted the ban, let Zoran Lazović say so. Below him was Enis Baković Abazović said.
He said that he thinks that Baković gave a statement to the SDT and that nothing has changed in that case since that day, and that he thinks that Lazović was not even invited to give a statement.
"We all know very well who Belivuk and Miljković are... The story that some agents of the secret police were on a mission to follow them fell flat... If someone wants to believe in those fairy tales, I think the public should hear another side... Only two people can be responsible for lifting the ban," said the Prime Minister.
He said that in the face of the control hearing, the lawyers of the Lazović family tried to exert some kind of pressure...
"Although I don't know these two inspectors, their role could only be to remove the ban on someone's order," Abazović said.
Koprivica said that the Board will not succumb to pressure.
Adžić: During the investigation, Baković was contacted, he said that he received an order from Lazović
The Minister of the Interior said that responsibility can be easily reached in the UP.
"No one can ask any official to do something that is against the law... The officials who could directly lift the ban said that they received an order from their superiors to lift the ban for these two persons who committed the most monstrous criminal acts in Montenegro works", said Adžić.
He said that during the investigation Enis Baković was contacted, who, according to his knowledge, said that he received an order from Lazović to lift the entry ban for Belivuk and Miljković for the needs of his Sector.
He said that all this was handed over to the prosecutor's office and that it was probably not accidental, which is why in the previous period there was no rulebook according to which entry bans were imposed or revoked.
"As a citizen and as the minister of the interior, I can say that the institutions were subordinated to criminal interests, that people from those institutions worked for the mafia," he said.
Adžić said that the SDT, now headed by Novović, made a great contribution to cleaning up such institutions.
Terzić: Certain UP officials could ban someone without any explanation
The Acting Director of the Police Administration, Nikola Terzić, said that as long as he is the head of the UP, that institution will be open to cooperation with MPs.
"At the time when this case happened, I was not in this position," Terzic said, adding that today there are about a thousand people who are banned from entering Montenegro.
"When and how those lists were formed is something that the UP will deal with... Time will tell if there were any abuses in banning some and allowing others to enter Montenegro," said Terzić.
He said that certain UP officials could ban someone without any explanation.
"We must have a clear explanation why a certain person cannot enter Montenegro," he said, adding that in the future the director of that institution will have to sign a ban or cancellation.
Novović said that a new case was formed, in which it is determined who lifted the entry ban on Belivuk and Miljković.
Acting prosecutor Sanja Jovićević said that she is in charge of the case through the system of random assignment of cases.
She explained that no evidence was submitted with the submitted report, and that in October 2021, the ODT submitted for evaluation and opinion the files created in the case based on the report of the then State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
She points out that she then determined that it was the same factual description that the deputy submitted against Zoran Lazović in September of that year, that she made an official note and joined the case.
She explained that she rejected the criminal complaint after assessing that there were no elements of a criminal offense, and that after that a complaint was filed with the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, which determined that the complaint was unfounded.
Milanović: The official was on sick leave when the ban was lifted from her order
The head of the ODT Podgorica, Duško Milanović, said that according to the official records of that prosecution, the case was formed on October 13, 2021, following a report by Rado Milošević against an SI employee who was found to have been on sick leave and had nothing to do with the lifting of the ban.
It is important to note that the prosecutor Radonjić is in charge of the case, that he informed the then chief Nikola Boričić about the actions taken and that it was handed over to the SDT the very next day.
Radonjić: The police asked me for written orders, which is unusual
Radonjić said that the case is active again and that he appreciates that this will contribute to increasing the public's trust in the prosecution and the entire state apparatus.
He explained that at that time, while on duty, he was informed about the report against the employee for which Milosevic had collected evidence.
He said that he found it interesting that at that time the police officers asked him for written warrants, which was unusual and which slowed down the proceedings.
"I was surprised... All the behavior lasted throughout the day," he said.
Radonjić said that his plan was to interrogate the police officers who gave their statements to their colleagues as suspects and assess whether it was under the jurisdiction of that or the SDT.
"Because they could present a different defense in front of the prosecutor... I gave the police a verbal order to detain those persons, for fear that they could influence the proceedings. They did not want to act on the verbal order, and they told me that they were doing so on the order of my boss. I personally issued a written order at 23 p.m. to arrest two UP officers and told them to inform me when they were arrested. No one called me, except around midnight the head of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office who asked me to release the police officers and said that I acted illegally. I refused. After that, the acting Supreme State Prosecutor called me and told me to submit the case to the SDT". Radonjic said.
He said that when he came to the SDT, he found out that the case was closed with the dismissal of the criminal charges.
Koprivica asked to clarify why the manager called him.
"She called me after midnight, told me that I was acting illegally and that I should let the people go. When I refused, she told me that the acting director of VDT (Dražen Burić) would call me. He did not ask me to let them go, but to write I will hand it over to the SDT. I made a note about it, it's all there in the registry of the prosecutor's office," said Radonjić.
Koprivica said that Lepa Medenica, who got involved in the work of the acting prosecutor after midnight, is as good as his memory: "And all for the purpose of protecting individuals," he said.
Boričić: We worked great until the acting VDT started calling me daily, I refused those calls
Nikola Boričić, head of ODT at the time, said that he was dying from that object.
"In January 2021, by the votes of all the state prosecutors in the ODT, I was appointed as the deputy manager, that is, the person who managed the ODT Podgorica. We worked great, as evidenced by the numerous cases that we completed that year. At one point, problems began to arise in functioning, in the way that I constantly started receiving calls from the then acting VDT and because I got tired of rejecting those calls every day, I asked that all communication be done in writing. After that, in my opinion, he transferred his powers to the then head of the Higher of the State Prosecutor's Office, which continued with the invitations, but I asked that this communication also take place in writing," said Boričić.
He said that in the specific case Radonjić was informed about everything.
"As he said, and as I remember, he informed me that two UP officers would be deprived of their freedom, which I agreed to. Not 10, 15, at most 20 minutes had passed, I received a call from the head of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office. No I don't even know how she knew about that case. She demanded that I order my colleague Radonjic to release those persons. I would understand that we had conversations in the sense that there are no grounds for detention, but that was not the case," Boricic said.
He added that he said that Radonjić was doing everything right and that he supported him and ended the conversation with her.
"After a minute or two, she called me again and asked me to take the case from my colleague Radonjić. I refused. Two or three minutes passed again and she called me with a request to call the then GST Milivoj Katnić. I told her there was no need to call him. After that, she called her colleague Radonjić. He told you what was required of him," Boricić said.
He pointed out that, at the end of the year, he was illegally dismissed - by act of the head of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office - mainly because of that case.
He explained that at that time, the manager of VDT sent a proposal by email to replace him with a colleague, and asked all the prosecutors to express themselves by email.
"On that day, the ODT looked like a stock market. I heard: You stabbed Dražena in the back, his wife said them. The prosecutors were invited both before and after the vote to change their vote. When they didn't do it, because the majority were on the on my side, they called an extended session and dismissed me. Let me repeat - Dražen Burić and Lepa Medenica are behind everything," Boricić said. He said that he did not invite any of the prosecutors to vote for him, and he offered to resign if it is proven that he recruited someone to vote, or if it is proven that he was legally dismissed.
He also said that after that he addressed all the members of the Prosecutor's Council, except for one, who together with Burić requested his arrest.
"Until today I have not received an answer," he said.
He told the deputies that the public should hear why his arrest was sought.
Boricic pointed out that disciplinary proceedings were initiated against him, after he answered to the media that he was dismissed because he did not want to act on the orders of Medenica.
"The president of the Disciplinary Commission hid the verdict of the Supreme Court from the council members," he said.
He added that after that three reports were submitted to the Ethics Committee against him.
"They were submitted by the manager, prosecutor Burić, Dražen Burić's wife and prosecutor Denis Zvrko, who was unexpectedly brought to the ODT," he said.
He said that at the interview before the Supreme Court he received zero and maximum marks from members of distinguished lawyers, and that he would have preferred to have been at that interview in 1948.
Koprivica asked if he could get a copy of the note made by Radonjić on the night when the object was taken from him.
Milanović said that he would submit it to the Board, if there is a legal possibility for it.
Koprivica explained on what condition they can get that document, and that they will ask for it.
Koprivica asked Abazović if he knew why these two criminals (Belivuk and Miljković) came to Montenegro and if they had contact with the police.
He reminded that the two are suspected of murdering Damir Hodžić, Adis Spahić and Milo Radulović in October 2020.
Abazović: Belivuk and Miljković came to congratulate Radoj Zvicer, Lazović also attended, as a member of the clan
Abazović thanked all the prosecutors before the Board.
"Let people see what people who want to work face. I am especially grateful to prosecutors Radonjic and Boricic," he said.
He said that the fact that they rioted after midnight showed how much they cared about protecting criminals.
Abazović said that he understood why the application was rejected.
"Just let them say it clearly - let the dishonest ones go, let them grind us into kebabs. And arrest the honest ones," he said.
He said that Belivuk and Miljković came to congratulate Radoj Zvicer, who is wanted by the interagency services for smuggling cocaine.
"His celebration is attended by Petar Lazović.
"...in front of the house are members of the police from Sector Zoran Lazović, who probably ensure that everything goes as it should," said Abazović.
He said that Lazović was not present there as an agent, but as a member of the clan.
That then it was arranged that Belivuk and Miljković were checked.
"Thank God that Sky appeared... We may dig up the graves of people from the criminal milieu in the coming period as well," he said.
He referred to the then "rebellion in the prosecutor's office" to cover up the case.
"The goal is to protect the mafia within the system. I am very happy that Mr. Boričić said his name and surname. We are looking for the murderers of Duško Jovanović, the Higher State Prosecutor's Office is pretending to be deaf... in another case, evidence is disappearing," he said.
He also said that Zvicer is the most monstrous criminal ever in Montenegro.
He added that it shows that he does not have the courage to deal with Zoran Lazović: "But slowly, the hand of justice is coming," he said.
"There is nothing to look for other names. We know who lifted the ban. Enis Baković said who he was - Zoran Lazović told him over the phone. He can say that Veljović called him to lift the ban, and that even then Lazović had obligation to say that he will not let criminals into his country," Abazović said.
Koprivica read the document that Belivuk and Miljković did not even complain about the ban, before it was lifted.
Radulović: They are trying to take over an emerging party
MP Branko Radulović said that we were not killed, but that Montenegro was trampled.
"Now they are trying to take over a party that is emerging. You will hear about it in the media in the coming days. And this is the same team that Abazović is talking about," said Radulović.
He told the prosecutors that he knew for sure that they were in danger, and told Abazović to introduce a state of emergency.
"When it comes to this case, I analyzed it in detail," said Radulović.
He added that one version is that the criminals joined forces and are keeping Montenegro captive, and the other is that they infiltrated the service - to break it up.
"Here, part of the criminal organization was outside the country, politically, police, judicially, prosecutorially," he said.
He said that we do not exist as a country if Novović is creating a database with a pencil.
"Gentlemen who are not ready to defend the country, go home. Mr. Novović knows who I accused... This is how we had a hearing for the murder of Duško Jovanović, you (Sanja Jovićević) heard Duško Marković... You have a question mark along with Mednica, that Đurović," said Radulović.
Sanja Jovićević replied that he had mixed it up with someone because she was not at the hearing at the time...
Radulović told Abazović that, if he were in his position, he would introduce a state of emergency and ban the work of DPS.
Predrag Bulatović (Democratic People's Party) said that the importance of adopting amendments to the Law on the Prosecutor's Office can be seen.
"Because there would be no personnel changes, even in one part," he said.
He added that he also thinks that it is little, because the VDT competition has been waiting since January...
"It's a message that we don't have reform even in the Prosecutor's Office, and there is no reform without a complete personnel change".
He said that a change has been made by the decisions of the new TS in place of GST, and certain results are being seen.
"We have changes that are within the jurisdiction of the GST. I must remind you that we had a similar discussion thanks to prosecutor Boričić regarding the illegal detention of Metropolitan Amfilohi, and we had information that Mr. Boričić was getting zeros on the TS".
He said that listening to his presentation then at the committee for the political system, he said that you received zero power, but for his performance at the Committee, he said a pure ten.
"I said that deliberately and knowingly assuming that we have unresolved and unresolved relations in the Prosecutor's Office. The Parliament must request the reform of everyone. He asked the Prime Minister why we were waiting for the rules to be changed and called on the authorities to bring things to an end after the session and this information.
"It is very irresponsible for a deputy, even if it was me with a long tenure, to point the finger at anyone. After these shocking things, we expect a quick reaction, like after that session and Boricic's presentation, so some initiatives have been launched. The Security Committee will to discuss the situation in the police. It's a disaster that the main man for the fight against organized crime is in prison. If you think you can explain it only with some statements to the press - you can't," said Bulatović.
He pointed out that this country is looking for more actions.
"I don't want the VDT to be under the influence of the old regime, and to be the boss over you. We have such a police force, it must be dismantled".
He also referred to the retrial of DF leaders.
He said that after the election, the new TS lawyer team of Mandić and Knežević approached with a complaint about the work of Katnić and Čađenović, where they claim that everything was documented, as it was staged to additionally blame certain people.
"There were photos of all the people from the top of the DF, to point the finger at. And Knežević, if he didn't tell the truth the other day, and said that he had information that Saša Čađenović was preparing questions for Assad's lawyer on how to find guilt and expand the indictment, in return, no criminal prosecution would be initiated. No one came forward, Novović knows that the Acting VDT was asked at the Board. I don't blame her for not putting it on the agenda, but the TS members whom we heard here, for whom we advocated that be members," said Bulatović.
Bulatović told Novović to guarantee that the Supreme Court and the top prosecutor's office had read Milan Knežević's statement that special prosecutor Saša Čađenović had now been arrested, so that would be enough.
"If there is a reason, those people should go to prison, and not only them (Knežević and Andrija Mandić) but also me and Jole Vučurović and Branko Radulović and Milun Zogović... If someone thinks they can postpone it for a year, two or five , that he won't be able to do that," he said.
He said that he demands that everything said by today's guests at the Board be processed urgently - from Abazović to Boričić.
Novović: We still do not have access to all the databases of all state bodies
Novović said that a certain number of things need to be done in order for the SDT to function better, and that the number of special prosecutors urgently needs to be increased.
"However, bearing in mind the current spatial capacities, absolutely no prosecutor has anywhere else to sit," said Novović.
It was said that it is necessary to reduce the competence of the SDT, especially in the part that refers to corrupt acts.
Novović said that he was in the old Government building yesterday, with the Minister of Justice and the Acting VDT, adding that they are not demanding too much.
"That it is clean and that it is painted. With some minimal investments, we will be satisfied... It is necessary to fill the Special Police Department," he said.
He added that by changing the regulations, it must be ensured that they get experts in IT, finance...
"We still don't have access to all databases of all state bodies," Novović said in response to Radulović.
He replied to Bulatović that he can't wait for the VDT to be elected for a full term, because then it would be easier for them too.
"I also want children to play freely in the parks, but I have to say that my children only play in the room," said Novović.
Koprivica and the deputies answered him that this means that he is doing his job well.
Abazović: The judiciary is sick, the drug cartel also operates within the ANB
Abazović said that it is very good that the Law on the Prosecution was changed, because they would still have Milivoje Katnić.
He added that as a society we have something to hope for and that we are slowly getting out of the clutches of what was the previous system.
He pointed out that he is also of the opinion that the judiciary is a cancer.
"We must not get into a situation where someone who was selected in the competition cannot be replaced, nor can the whole of Montenegro be set on fire," he said.
"We don't have any emergency situation in UP, we have problems... The drug cartel also operates within the ANB, the customs system, the judiciary, the prosecutor's office... The drug cartel will take advantage of the opportunity to position itself differently politically... They will use their hands and feet to protect their country," Abazović said, commenting on Radulović's statement that criminals are trying to take over a party that is being founded.
Abazović claimed that this clan has more money than the state...
Commenting on the "coup d'état" case, he said that the prolongation of the decision-making is aimed at deceiving people...
"I appeal to the TS not to turn a deaf ear and not to create order in order to ignore something that is important for the state, because whether someone wanted to destroy the constitutional order or not is important for the state," he said.
Abazović said that Novović took on an obligation that few people in Montenegro would undertake.
Radulović apologized to Sanja Jovićević
Radulović apologized to Sanja Jovićević, adding that he was glad that she was not Vesna Jovićević, who was then being questioned for the investigation of the murder of Duško Jovanović.

MP Bulatović said that he expects that after the statements they heard, proceedings will be immediately initiated against those they protected and involved in the "Belivuk and Miljković" case.
Bulatović said that Milan Knežević experienced unprecedented persecution, that they even arrested his mother.

Mr. Novović, I am sorry that your children have to be guarded like that , but at the same time I'm glad because it shows that you're doing the right thing," said Bulatović.
Pavićević said Jovićević: You are insulting the intelligence of the MPs
MP Srđan Pavićević (CIVIS) said that he supports if this Committee organizes a session due to the coup d'état.
He thanked prosecutors Radonjic and Boricic for everything they announced today.
"After all that we had the opportunity to hear, today we are hearing testimony in the first person singular, about a personal and professional immorality. This is a defeat for me," he said.
He said that now the public in Montenegro can see why it is impossible for a large number of people to manage here.
"They barely managed, they barely resisted the predators of freedom, integrity, dignity, life, families and children that you have to hide... This is the group of people for whom the majority was created on August 30," he said.
He asked prosecutor Jovićević which case she consolidated and against whom, whether it was against Lazović, Veljović and Baković.

Koprivica said that it is true that the prosecutors should act according to the law, but that in this case there was pressure and invitations...
"In this case, the case came to the SDT because two public officials were involved in it - UP assistant directors Enisa Baković and Zoran Lazović... Did you take a statement from Zoran Lazović and Baković while the case was with you?" Koprivica asked.
Prosecutor Jovićević said that she did not provide details, because the GST initially said that a new case had been filed.
"Statements were taken from a number of citizens. Zoran Lazović, who you are asking about, had a statement taken twice," said Jovićević.
Member of Parliament Milosava Paunović called to clarify who has no courage and to prevent it from the beginning, so that in ten years it would not be the same story at the sessions.
"Mr. Boričić, I congratulate you on your courage... Blessed are those who are surprised. You presented a textbook example of corruption and organized crime that reached the judiciary," said Paunović.
She added that they spoke with Burić at the Board, that they mentioned the zeros that Borić received during the evaluation, that he protected some who were supposed to be retired...
"I would just like to say that I don't think that it has killed you, I sincerely hope that, in a professional sense, it has killed those public office holders who have ruined the judiciary," she said, listing Blaž Jovanić, Vesna Medenica, Čađenović...
"If I understood correctly, in September 2021, the report came from MP Milacic, in October 2021 from Rado Milošević... You combined it, logically, because it is about the same event... You said that you conducted an investigation and brought the decision to reject the application. We are interested - if you have heard all those persons (including the two detained officers, Baković and Lazović), has it occurred to you to be responsible by function?", she asked prosecutor Jovićević.
"You said that you reasoned that there was no evidence. Baković publicly said that the ban on the entry of Miljković and Belivuk was lifted by invitation. You have to admit that it casts doubt. It is the same as Katnić saying that Lazović (Petar) was our best agent, and we hear from Prime Minister Abazović that he celebrated the birth of his son with them. Even if that's the case, it's abnormal," she said.
Paunović added that it is a fact that the war of drug cartels is on the scene.
"We will see whether they will change the boss or not, but we must not make heroes out of the victims of that war," she said.
She called on Abazović, Adžić, Terzić and the prosecutors to continue cleaning up the police.

Abazović: If Lazović is not guilty, why doesn't the prosecutor say who is?
Abazović said that, if no one is guilty, for the sake of the citizens it should be said - that no one is guilty and that they no longer gather because of Miljković and Belivuk.
"They will refer to this procedure, which does not exist, and say that no one is guilty. If Zoran Lazović is not guilty, why doesn't the prosecutor say who is? Let Dritan Abazović, Branko Radulović say, why should we mention a man if he has nothing to do with it? You don't have You answer," said prosecutor Jovićević.
He told her that if no one was to blame, she should have said so immediately.
"No, but you called Baković, Lazović, who entered through the chimney and after that you put the object in a drawer and, hey, nothing is valid anymore," he said.
He urged that, if that is the case, then everyone who is banned from entering should come to Montenegro.
"Pops, singers, Russians, Ukrainians, Poles"....
Milovan Pavićević, Milorad Žižić and Enis Baković were heard in the investigation.

Milačić: Zoran Lazović should be arrested immediately
MP Marko Milačić said that everyone in Montenegro should be worried about Novović's statement - that his children only play in his room.
"Thank you for that sacrifice, but because of that, many children today play more freely," said Milacic.
He added that he filed a criminal complaint against Lazović and that he did not hope for anything because the SDT was not released at the time.
"That's why I recently filed a new criminal complaint against prosecutor Novović... I hope that he and his prosecutors will do what you did not, Mrs. Jovićević. I don't know why today we don't talk about the criminal pyramid at the top of which is Milo Đukanović, and at whose top at the bottom, it was you and others like you," Milacic told prosecutor Jovicević.
He demanded that Zoran Lazović be immediately arrested.
"Pyramid, Milo Đukanović, below him Veselin Veljović...below Zoran Lazović, down Petar Lazović, in the prosecutor's office your boss whom you never gave up Milivoja Katnić whom I told here, and now I want to repeat - his responsibility is much greater than responsibility of Belivuk", said Milacic.
He said that no one invited him as an applicant, but that he would like to see how Zoran Lazović was interrogated, how much time he spent in SDT.
"We have known you for a long time. We know from the case of Mugoš and his son, the attack on Mihail Jovović, we know you from the case of Sacekuša and the attack on Željko Ivanović... We know that you have not declared your husband's property - the company," Milačić said.
He asked if she had ever suffered pressure like plaintiffs Radonjić and Boričić.
"How was it in your case, did you make the decision based on your conviction, which was what Milivoje Katnić was doing at the time," Milaćic said.
He added that the ball of the mafia is being unwound.
"Everyone who signed a case that resulted in murders should be held accountable. Everyone who participated, including you, is complicit in something monstrous," said Milacic.
He said that he had knowledge that in one of those raids, the team headed by Lazović was leading people to be killed...
"That Zoran Lazović, together with Peter Lazović and his team, directly enabled these people to be killed. Zoran Lazović said that we should not be afraid of anyone and that these people will be under control 24 hours a day. He said that they were monitored 24 hours , which indicates that they suspect that they were also following them when they were killing," he said.
He added that Novović and Abazović are an example that "we have more guts" than those whom the prime minister said have more money from the state.
Milačić told Jovićević that Zoran Lazović and Katnić should be arrested, and that she and prosecutors like her would be held accountable.
"Even until August 30, we were not afraid of the criminals, Milo Đukanović and Zoran Lazović, and we won't be afraid even now," said Milačić.
Milacic said that he hopes that a cooperating witness will be found within the system...
Prosecutor Jovićević said that she will not comment on Milačić's statements about other cases, that other competent authorities are dealing with whether or not she declared the property, because that is why she is not at the session.
She called on Milačić to present the information he was talking about to the prosecution.
"If you think it's necessary, call me. You had your chance. You didn't call me. Then you didn't work properly," said Milacic.
MP Milun Zogović said that even after almost three years since the change of government, there is a need for only one coalition - a coalition that will fight against organized crime.
He praised Novović's work and public behavior.
"We heard everything, but now I ask the question, did Belivuk come to Montenegro at all?" he said.
He added that it is not correct for Montenegro to treat the innocent accused in the "coup d'état" case in this way, if it is known that one part of the team that orchestrated the affair is already in prison.
Radulović said that he received a message from a credit user in Switzerland asking Novović to take action on the applications they submitted.
Koprivica said that on July 16, 2021, Europol handed over to the SDT the documentation stating that UP officials Ljubo Milović and Petar Lazović are members of the organized criminal group Kavač.
"And that they spent time with him," said Koprivica.
He explained that the documentation had reached Katnić.
Koprivica asked Abazović what kind of influence Ljubo Milović and Nebojša Bugarin had on the state authorities, who, as he said, followed the then President of the Assembly, Aleksa Bečić, after he called out the Kavački clan...

The Prime Minister added that this case has been resolved, and that the ban on "cowboys" was lifted by Zoran Lazović.
"If not, then the computer that contains those names should be burned. Everything is clear here, in this case the tentacles of the Kavački clan entered the system," he said.
He said that even if justice does not arrive, the truth will reach the citizens.
Koprivica asked how the "two butchers" knew that their ban had been lifted, so they headed to Montenegro.

Koprivica repeated the question - is it relevant to determine how they knew they could enter the country where they previously committed the murders.

Adžić said that he understands the threat of Novović and his children and added that the children of the police officers who work with Novović are also threatened.
Boričić said that he was presented in the media as someone whose 13 cases were out of date, but that the president of the Disciplinary Commission, Sanja Jovićević, hid the decision of the Supreme Court.
He said that both the then and current acting VDT gave him a zero on the evaluation, as did the prosecutor Jovićević.
Koprivica told Milanović that he would ask him for information in writing, and that he would deliver the conclusions from the session where they questioned the representatives of the police and the prosecutor's office regarding the unlawful deprivation of liberty of the now deceased Metropolitan Amfilohi.
