Prime Minister Dritan Abazović will be a guest at Cambridge University in England today at the invitation of Cambridge Union. The Government reminds that it is the third oldest active university in the world and the best ranked in Europe.
Abazović, who is a doctor of political science, is scheduled to give a lecture as part of the oldest debating society in the world, founded in 1815, as well as the promotion of his author's book "Critique of Global Ethics".
The guests of the "Cambridge Union" throughout its long history have, according to the Government, been, among others, personalities from various social spheres, such as Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, the Dalai Lama, Bill Gates, Stephen Hawking, Robert De Niro, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, Bernie Sanders...
In the invitation letter, "Cambridge Union" pointed out that they are "extremely grateful for the opportunity to host Prime Minister Abazović and discuss his impressive political career", regional politics in the Balkans and the role of Montenegro in global politics, the government announced.
