The Center for Civic Education (CGO) announced that after the initiated initiatives and a series of emergencies, they received a notification from the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and Free Access to Information (AZLP), which states that inspections were carried out at six out of seven candidates for the held presidential elections, and in order to determine the legality of collecting signatures of support.
"The notice also states that part of the subjects of supervision, among which the United Montenegro, the Social Democratic Party of Montenegro and the Democratic Montenegro, have so far signed and returned three minutes to the Agency. Upon receipt of the other minutes, they will be forwarded to the CGO as to the submitter of these initiatives," the announcement states.
The CGE added that it is not known who is the entity whose supervision has not yet been carried out, nor have reasons been given for this delay, which is why they call on AZLP to publicly announce the name of this entity and the reasons for the delay, especially since signatures for the parliamentary elections are being collected .
