The constant lack of labor in the field of tourism and catering could be alleviated through the employment of mothers who receive allowances for three or more children and beneficiaries of social benefits without canceling them during work engagement, announced the Democratic Christian Movement of Montenegro.
According to them, the adoption of this proposal would have positive effects, i.e. "the persons mentioned would be excluded from the "gray" economy, because a large number of them perform some work, without registration".
"Through the taxes and contributions that employers would pay, and through the consumption tax in the form of VAT, we would have certain inflows into the budget, and all this with the mandatory restriction of the employment of these persons in the state sector, so that the budget would not be burdened additionally," he says. in the announcement of the Democratic Christian Movement.

They add that this would improve the financial position of the recipients of benefits and possibly create the possibility to establish a permanent employment relationship.
"The need to hire labor coming from abroad and the outflow of money that flows out of the country in this way would be reduced," the Christian Democratic Movement concluded.
