President of the Nikšić Committee of the Civic Movement URA Dušan Golović he said yesterday that "anti-fascism is a universal value and heritage around which modern European, and therefore Montenegrin, society is built, which must not, in any way, be the subject of political calculations".
He said this for "Vijesti", after the president of the municipality of Nikšić Marko Kovacevic (New Serbian Democracy), on Victory over Fascism Day on May 9, did not lay a wreath at the Memorial to the Fallen Fighters under Trebjes. Vraneš adds that the local government has not yet been fully constituted and that "there was literally no one else to attend the ceremony". The delegation of the Municipal Assembly of Pljevlja did not lay wreaths at the monument on Stražica yesterday, and the president of the Municipal Assembly did not Jovana Tošić(DCG), she said that they could not do it because of their earlier commitments.
