The Municipal Committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Budva announced today that the Municipality of Budva cannot be governed from prison.
"That we live in a period of political improvisation and a complete absence of respect for the citizens of Budva, is confirmed by the latest message from the head of the Budva Parliament, Nikola Jovanović, that the arrested president of the municipality of Budva should continue to lead the city from prison.
