The latest defeat of Oleg Deripaska against the state of Montenegro before the Supreme Court in Sweden once again showed that the previous governments of the DPS (Democratic Party of Socialists) in the case of Kombinat aluminum Podgorica (KAP), privatization and the Settlement Agreement did everything within the framework of domestic and international laws and rules, announced today, Mihailo Anđušić, candidate for deputy of the list "Together! For the future that belongs to you - Danijel Živković".
The Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism (MERT) announced earlier today that the Supreme Court in Sweden rejected Deripaska's appeal against Montenegro, in which he requested the annulment of the Court of Appeal's decision from 2022 related to the privatization process of "Aluminium Plant Podgorica" and "Bauxite Mine". .

Anđušić added that "this is also the defeat of certain media that announced hundreds of millions of euros in compensation that the state will have to pay, accusing and judging in advance".
"Now it has finally been confirmed that Montenegro did not violate the contract with CEAC and the En plus group, nor the provisions of domestic and international legislation in this area, but that CEAC did not fulfill its obligations.
