The shareholders' assembly of the Hotel Group "Budvanska rivijera" AD Budva, at the regular session held yesterday, decided to appoint Mijomir Pejović, Krsto Rađenović and Igor Krivokapić to the new Board of Directors of the Company, as representatives of the state capital, Vladimir Sekulić, in front of MKG Properties, and Jovan Purar as representative of Tandexon limited.
"At the 22nd regular session, the shareholders unanimously adopted the Annual Financial Statements and the Management Report for 2022 and the Business Report for 2022. Also, the shareholders got acquainted with the Auditor's Report for the year 2022 and appointed the Company's auditor for the year 2023", the company stated.
We remind you that the representatives of the state capital, Sonja Kuljača and Ivana Đurović, submitted their resignations to the membership of the Board earlier.
