The value of the fund for the construction of apartments with the help of the state "Apartment for all!" would be 20 million euros, and they would be used for the construction of apartments on state or municipal land, so without the need to purchase new land. They would be built according to the "Design and Build" principle, and would be sold to citizens at the cost of construction.

Will honest citizens also get apartments for a monthly installment of 70 euros?
At the pre-election meetings of the Coalition "ALEKSA AND DRITAN - BRAVELY counts!" it was said that if they win the trust of the citizens in the elections on June 11, they will immediately establish the State Fund "Stan za sve" in order to correct another great injustice inflicted on citizens who were not privileged members of society and officials who are known to have acquired apartments for which today they pay a minimum monthly installment of around 70 euros, and their salaries are generally higher than 2.000 euros. Many citizens barely survive the month, most of them are in the red according to the data, and the time has come that when we talk about salaries, we also say that we must also provide citizens with apartments in order to improve the standard of living.

TENANTS MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF
Estimates from the Association of Tenants from two years ago indicate that there are around 18.500 families living in Montenegro, that is, several tens of thousands of citizens who are at the mercy of the "free market". How free is that market really? We know that a huge number of citizens, especially younger ones, have been forced into internal migration and change of place of life and work, and that means residence, by extremely uneven regional development, which is also conditioned by decades of neglect of a large number of environments and bad policies. Those people, therefore, definitely did not choose their current status freely, but went with their bellies to provide their families with a living. Many of them today pay rents of 400 euros, although their salaries are on average 500 to 600 euros. When the Fund is established and when construction begins, the prices of square meters of real estate will fall, which are abnormally high and suitable only for the rich who bought apartments as a new suit, and did not pay additional taxes to the state. Regulation of the luxury tax is also one of the things that we have to arrange and with which the middle class will get their chance to live with dignity.

The state loses about 30 million euros on the black market from non-taxation of wealthy apartment owners
Due to non-taxation of apartment leases, the state loses up to 30 million euros annually. It is possible that there are those landlords who add 2.000 from the rent to their salary of 400 euros, sorry, 330 from the rent because they still pay in installments of 70 euros, and they do not live in their privileged apartment because they have alternative accommodation. The state must finally intervene, all affairs must be investigated, a database of apartment ownership must be created and order must be brought to the first apartment, the apartment in which one lives and the twentieth apartment that someone has and rents out illegally.

WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT PER SQUARE?
Let's go back to the pre-election promise of the coalition "ALEKSA AND DRITAN - BRAVELY COUNTS!" about the introduction of the "Stan za sve" fund. Is it realistic? Where does the money come from to provide housing for tenants, or according to estimates, about 18.500 families and tens of thousands of individuals? According to the representatives of the coalition, the value of the fund "Stan za sve!" would be 20 million euros, and it would be used for the construction of apartments on state or municipal land, so without the need to purchase new land. They would be built according to the "Design and Build" principle, and would be sold to citizens at the cost of construction, depending on the location, size and other parameters.

WHO WOULD THE MONEY FROM THE SALE OF APARTMENTS GO TO?
The funds returned from that sale would be reinvested in housing construction, for new apartment buyers, and the profit would be zero, except for the construction companies that would charge the full price of their work, there would be no other costs, and the state would only be an intermediary.
Why are Aleksi and Dritan trusted?
If in two and a half years filled with political turbulence, they managed for 125.000 children to receive child allowance, for 70.000 primary school students to receive free textbooks, for 40.322 pensioners to receive one-time financial assistance, for 17.000 pensioners to receive a minimum pension of 259.95 euros, for 15.000 mothers with three or more children regain the right to benefits, for 7.114 parents to receive an infant benefit in the amount of 900 euros, for 3.438 students to receive student loans, for 3.000 citizens to receive 100% increased old-age benefits, for minimum wages to be increased by 80% - it seems that their plans about freeing capital by fighting against organized crime and systemic corruption is not a utopia, but the reality of the new Montenegro, especially those in it who are in the greatest need and whose lives have been most severely damaged by injustice.

If so, then just BE BOLD…
We should wish them luck and courage on the way to realizing those plans, because many people will not like them, there are a lot of rich people in the country, honor to the exceptions, who are used to not having any expenses or expenses.
