The Europe Now Movement (PES) is not in a coalition with "part of the Justice and Reconciliation Party (SPP)" as it is trying to present itself. PES installed on its list an individual who abused, cheated and misled the structures of SPP, and we have nothing to do with that, as with PES from twenty days ago, they said from SPP.
As the SPP states in an unsigned statement, they are obliged to - after increasingly frequent attempts by certain structures from the "Europe Now Movement" to present well-designed and perfidiously organized political corruption at the highest level as a "misunderstanding" within the SPP in Montenegro - remind the public of the facts.
"Both for the sake of the Bosniak people and for the sake of all our party officials, but also members, activists and voters who are in the presidential elections, from the beginning when after the elimination of Spajić every support for PES was worth its weight in gold, wholeheartedly supported the PES candidate Jakov Milatović," they add from SPP.
First of all, as they state, they want to point out that as far as they are concerned, the speculation that two opposing structures within that movement verbally clashed in PES due to their shameful attitude towards SPP simply means nothing.
"Until that group of people publicly declares whether or not they support the shameful attitude towards the party (indirectly towards the Bosniaks) that supported them in crucial moments? Do they or do they not support the misuse of the name and intentions of the SPP as well as the high level of political corruption that they their high officials, despite all ethical, moral and democratic principles, carried out in the past period when, contrary to the will and decisions of the SPP, at their discretion, they identified a man with our party and tried to impose a representative in the parliament on us," the announcement reads.
They state that how much the Movement Europe now really appreciates and respects Seid Hadžić himself, they showed at the recent gathering in Rožaje.
"Where, in front of everyone, they excluded him from walking around the city, and at the meeting itself, even though he occupies a high tenth position on their list, they placed him in the audience, while some other people addressed the meeting. Be that as it may, until eventually someone from PES fence from the undemocratic actions of certain high-ranking PES officials who directly participated in this fraud and political corruption, for us there is no difference between those 'groups' within PES," they state.
They say that if they retaliated against the SPP in this way for supporting the PES candidate for the president of the country, when the vast majority was working against them and if, as they claim, they decided in such an immoral and undemocratic way towards the party that represents the interests of free Bosniak thought in Montenegro, how and they themselves said, they have no choice but to warn Bosniaks about those structures.
"For us, justifying such actions by a 'split' within PES is just hiding responsibility. At least until that alleged structure within that movement clearly declares itself against such a shameful action towards SPP", say a number of SPP.
In the end, as they say, they once again want to highlight the unique position of the structures of the Party of Justice and Reconciliation in Montenegro, which was unanimously adopted by the Main Committee of our party.
"We do not agree to blackmail, imposition and abuse. There are no misunderstandings with us - we are ready to pay any price, but no one will control us, whether he comes from Montenegro or outside it, it doesn't matter. We care about the interests of Bosniaks in Montenegro and democratic the freedom of all Montenegrin citizens in front of armchairs and personal interests. And everything that Seid Hadžić did in coordination with the structures within the PES and certain structures outside Montenegro indicates that they are all trying to create one fully controlled structure that will supposedly protect and represent the interests of Bosniaks in Montenegro," concludes the SPP in a statement.
