The leaders of three political entities - the coalition for the future of Montenegro (ZBCG), the Movement for Change (PzP) and the Citizens' Movement (GP) URA, yesterday asked the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) to investigate the alleged connection of the president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Milojko Spajić with the arrested "cryptocurrency king" To Kwonom. From that movement, however, they claim that "many entities and individuals hide their fear of an election debacle with lies."
Yesterday, SDT did not announce anything on this occasion, nor did they answer the questions of "Vijesti", and after it was officially announced from the Government that Do Kwon's letter was delivered to the "competent prosecutor's office". The Ministry of Justice did not respond to questions from "Vijesta" regarding Kwon's letter.
Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, who is also the leader of GP URA, said that there are accusations against Do Kwon that he embezzled 40 billion dollars and that he is wanted by the competent authorities of the USA and South Korea, and that "bringing him into context with anyone in Montenegro, especially on the public stage, it's not good if it's true”. Abazović did not want to reveal the contents of the letter to the public, but he scheduled a session of the National Security Council for today, the topic of which will be the alleged relationship between Do Kvon and Spajić.
"Political parties, which due to their impotence have nothing concrete to offer the citizens, have resorted to putting together a pre-election 'Kwon coalition', and the bearer of the story is a South Korean, who has a similar role as the former star of court rigging Sasa Sindjelic", answered PES to the calls of political competition.

In a letter that "Vijesti" had access to, Do Kwon described when and how he met Spajić, stated that they did business together in the crypto industry, and claims that they met at the end of 2022 in Belgrade.
In the letter, written by hand, in English, the South Korean citizen offers prosecutors evidence of the way in which Spajić allegedly financed the campaign for the presidential elections, even while he thought he would be the presidential candidate of PES.
All this is happening a few days before the parliamentary elections that are being held on Sunday, which PES sees as the background to everything, while the ZBCG coalition claims that it has nothing to do with it. Its leaders Milan Knezevic i Andrija Mandic, as well as the president of PzP Nebojsa Medojevic they called emergency press conferences for yesterday, after speculations about the letter surfaced in the media.
When asked if it is a coincidence that this affair takes place a few days before the elections, Mandic says that he wishes they had been asked such a question when their colleague was arrested Milo Bozovic:
“Do Kwon was arrested on March 23, but this story was swept under the rug. Do Kwon lives normally, while Milo Božović has other criteria."

Knežević, who is also the holder of the electoral list of ZBCG, repeated that they have nothing to do with the affair and that they are not involved in anything. He announced that Do Kwon allegedly confirmed in the letter that he was in a business arrangement with Spajić, and that he allegedly financed the campaigns for the October local elections and the recent presidential elections, and that he intended to finance the campaign for the upcoming parliamentary elections as well.
He claims that the laptops seized from Do Kwon, who is in custody, contain "incriminating correspondence" with Spajić, and that they are not being opened because the embassies of Western countries ordered it.
Asked where they got the information about the alleged correspondence if the laptops were not opened, Knežević replied that they communicated the information they received "in the context of what was published in the media" and based on their knowledge.
"I am the chairman of the Security Committee, I checked it from three sources. The laptops are not opened because they contain not only correspondence with Spajić, but also people from all over the world. "Do Kwon was released in order not to open the Pandora's box of his activities in Montenegro," he said at the press conference.
The head of the New Serbian Democracy, Andrija Mandić, said that the biggest threat to the electoral process would be if citizens went to the polls on June 11 without receiving answers as to whether Do Kwon's allegations in the letters were true.
Leader of the Movement for Change (MoC) Nebojsa Medojevic, claims that Spajić knew Do Kwon well, that they did business, and that the South Korean citizen lived in Belgrade for a month, "most likely in Spajić's apartment." He also stated that Spajić sold that apartment to Do Kvon for two million euros.

Medojević also claims that he is George Cottrell, "one of the financiers of Brexit, accused of money laundering through cryptocurrencies, who also lives in Montenegro", financed PES campaigns.
Spajić did not answer the questions of "Vijesti" whether he knew Do Kwon, if he did - what kind of relationship they had and when they last saw each other, whether he brought him to Montenegro, whether he financed PES campaigns, whether did the "crypto king" live in his apartment in Belgrade, and whether he exchanged messages with him and whether there was any incriminating content in those correspondences.
Questions remained unanswered, including whether he knew George Cottrell and whether he financed election campaigns.
He announced on Twitter the news about the convening of the National Security Council. "Is there a bigger fuss than losing office for people who have no alternative to politics? it is best to cancel the elections until the Korean DK chuš mene Sinđa is investigated, and maybe the United Nations Security Council should also be involved," wrote Spajić.

Do Kwon was arrested at the end of March at the Podgorica airport, after which he was accused of falsifying documents. He is wanted by South Korea and the US on suspicion of a $40 billion cryptocurrency scam.
Him and his business partner Chan Yun's Honda, the plane of the private company "Alliance Jet" was waiting at the airport, ready to fly to Dubai, but Do Kwon did not go beyond passport control.
Minister of Justice Marko Kovač he said earlier that they don't know when Do Kwon entered Montenegro.
PES: The affair was timed for the last week of the campaign
Yesterday, PES asked, among other things, why Kwon was first arrested and then released to defend himself on a huge bail; which of the ANB officials visited him in custody "and suggested to him clear instructions that the letter should contain, with the plan to use the same in the last week before the elections"; whether the MUP arrested Kvon, following the report of the blockchain community with which Spajić had joint conferences; if the police arrested him without the assistance of Spajić, why was it not done immediately at the border, but later after a tip-off; why does the Minister of Justice deny the Prime Minister that he received a letter from Kwon...
"It would be extremely important for the public to get answers to the above-mentioned questions, in order to clarify the role of all state and party structures in the attempt to create an affair timed in the last week of the election campaign," they said.
UIKS: No one from ANB had contact with South Koreans
No ANB officer has had contact with South Korean citizens Do Kwon and Hon Chand Yun in the Pre-trial Prison since they have been in custody. The Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions (UIKS) told "Vijesti" that, adding that they did not even receive such a request from the ANB.
PES previously asked which of the ANB officers visited Do Kwon in custody. PES Presidency member Andrej Milović said last night that "a person from the security sector who should never have been part of that sector" was included in the scenario of the latest affair, as well as a lawyer and "a person who pretended to be the client".
Spajić responded via Twitter
President of the Europe Now Movement, Milojko Spajić, commented on Prime Minister Dritan Abazović's decision to convene an extraordinary session of the National Security Council on Twitter.
"Is there a bigger fuss than losing office for people who have no alternative to politics? It's best to cancel the elections until the Korean DK hear me Sinđa is investigated, and maybe the United Nations Security Council should be involved," Spajić wrote on Twitter.
