Leposavić: We are being robbed by those who have lived for decades on the story that they are being treated unfairly

The holder of the "Justice for All" election list, Vladimir Leposavić, claims that thousands of ballots from the June 11 election were canceled because the movement headed by him was circled on them.

At its session on Saturday, the State Election Commission overturned the decision of the Kolašin Municipal Election Commission to repeat the election at polling station number 1, which was made after one of the objections of the "Private for All" list was accepted. The decision of the Election Commission of the Capital to repeat the election at polling station 16, which accepted the objection of the election list "SDP - For our house", was annulled.

Leposavic said that the decision of the SEC is without a legal basis and without a legal instruction, and that "the unstoppable cannot be stopped".

"When the voters saw that at certain polling stations Pravda za sve! allegedly did not win a single vote even though those same voters and at those very polls circled the number 3 and Pravda za sve!, they asked for an insight into the election material. Members of those very MEC- and they refuse these days, even today for the whole day, to allow our people to see the election materials. We have to inform the SEC every time, as well as the competent prosecutor's office, so that the municipal commissions take actions that they are otherwise obliged to do by law. When we force them to are doing their job, we find hundreds and thousands of Glasic ballots that have been canceled because Justice for all is circled on them," Leposavic announced on Facebook.

Thus, he claims, the members of the election committees, otherwise party activists, "stole the citizens who voted for Pravda za sve".

"This is how we were robbed a few days ago by those whom we voted for, supported and protested for since 1998. This is how we were robbed by those whom we defended from unjust persecution just two years ago, when they were convicted by the courts and the entire domestic and competent of the international public. This is how we are being robbed today by those who have lived for decades on the story that they were treated unfairly, who have made political careers on the story of stealing from others. This is how you are being robbed by your neighbors and fellow citizens who meet you on the street afterwards and greet you kindly, and they call it politics," claims Leposavic.

In this way, according to his words, "political lives can be stolen", but one cannot win.

"That's why you keep losing, that's why everyone feels like losers, everyone except the people who fight and don't agree to such collective defeats. Yesterday they canceled the holding of the annulled elections. At midnight, without a legal basis and without a legal lesson. They wrote that the voting is considered finished, and they forgot that their decision remained in force, according to which the elections must be repeated. The unstoppable cannot be stopped. 'Montenegro has started to come back to itself and it is unstoppable!' We will continue our fight. When we are done with the SEC, we will see you at the Constitutional Court... It will last as long as it takes," Leposavic concluded.
