SEC rejected ten objections from SDP and the "Justice for All" movement

At its session late last night, the State Election Commission rejected ten objections to the work of municipal election commissions.

The SEC rejected the objections of the election list "SDP - For our house" to the decision of the Prijestonica Election Commission, Adnan Striković, president of the SDP Bijelo Polje committee, to the decision of the Bijelo Polje Municipal Election Commission, Jasmin Bralić, president of the Rozaj SDP committee, to the decision of the commission in that municipality, as well as the objections of the holder of the "Pravda za sve" list, Vladimir Leposavic, to the decisions of the municipal election commissions in Kolašin, Nikšić, Bar, Budva, Berane, Bijelo Polje and Andrijevica.

"According to the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament, the objectors have the right to file an appeal with the Constitutional Court within the statutory period", announced the SEC.
