At tonight's session, the State Election Commission (SEC) rejected five objections from the SDP and Vladimir Leposavic's "Justice for All" list.
As TV Vijesti was informed by the SEC, counting the materials at two polling stations in Tivat, for which the SDP filed complaints, it was determined that the election materials match.
For the other two polling stations in that municipality that were contested for the SDP, it was determined that the objections did not refer to the facts that were contested before the Municipal Election Commission, so those two objections were unanimously rejected.
At the session of the SEC, the objection of the electoral list of Vladimir Leposavić, which refers to the polling stations in Ulcinj, was also rejected.
"Complainants, in accordance with the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament, have the right to file an appeal with the Constitutional Court within the legal deadline," the SEC announced.
