The former executive director of the Podgorica company "Čistoća" Andrija Čađenović today accused Danilo Saranović, the deputy mayor of Podgorica Olivera Injac, and the president of the board of directors of "Čistoća" Milan Vukadinović, of continuing to exert pressure and mobbing the employees of "Čistoća".
Čađenović, in response to today's presentation by Saranović, states that he did not "conceal" anything or "order" something to be "hidden and falsified".
At the conference where the data and part of the documentation were presented, which, they said, indicated the non-domestic management of "Čistoc" during the mandate of Čađenović, Šaranović said, among other things, that the new administration of the Capital City of Podgorica will not file a criminal complaint against Čađenović (DPS), but will hand over to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) all the documentation that, as they say, indicates abuses in the work during his mandate.

Čađenović's response was submitted by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) of which he is an official - a member of the Main Board.
"If there was an iota of suspicion of illegal business in the company "Čistoća" during the time I was the executive director, neither the deputy mayor nor the president of the Board of Directors would have taken the time to file criminal charges against me. Faced with the facts, which are contrary to what announced weeks and months ago, they decided on a media performance, which will come back to them like a boomerang. Starting from the fact that the trainee - deputy mayor has no work experience, and that the only qualification for the president of the Board of Directors is "driving a truck", it is not surprising a bunch of nonsense that they announced at today's conference. The fact is that they don't have the knowledge or experience to talk about the issues they ran for today," Čađenović pointed out.
He added that "in all of this, for each of their attempts to discredit me, I have dozens of indisputable and convincing arguments, based on the law, which everyone can understand, but obviously not the deputy mayor and the chairman of the Board".
"Even though they didn't want to, they actually just confirmed what I was saying all the time - that "Čistoća" is a successful company that performed its public function in the best possible way and kept public hygiene at a high level, that obligations towards employees were regularly serviced, that debts to the company are much greater than what it owes, that the company's funds were invested in development and equipment, but also that, as a public company, we did not neglect the obligation to serve the public interest in other ways, through humanity and solidarity. grandmothers and frogs, sponsorships for equipment and cleaning works in other Montenegrin cities, support for sports clubs and numerous city events with medical aid for the most socially vulnerable citizens of Podgorica, have actually shown their inhumanity. He said that it is not true that he ever "concealed" anything or "ordered" something to be "hidden and forged".
"In addition, I would like to point out that nothing illegal was done by not showing the personal data of the people who applied for help, so that Šaranović and others like him would not put them on the pillar of shame, because it is hard enough for those people without publishing their names." Čađenović said.
He said that all monetary transactions and even payments of that type were properly recorded.
"The money flows can't be lost, just like Saranović and Vukadinović can't save face if they publish this information, because they have the complete documentation in their possession. However, it's obvious that they continue with their pressure and mobbing, which they exert on the employees of " Čistoća", including over the accounting manager who signed a statement that does not correspond to the truth, which after all can only harm her. Finally, I conclude that in accordance with the law "Čistoća" DOO is subject to internal and external audit, and that auditors with their license and criminal responsibility guarantee the objectivity of the audit reports, which do not match what was presented today at the press conference," Ćađenović concluded.
