The candidate in the presidential elections, Podgorica influencer Jovan Radulović Jodžir, reported that he spent 485 euros during the campaign.
He received 25.272 euros from the budget for participating in the presidential elections.
The Network for the Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector (MANS) reminded that the law does not impose an obligation on candidates to return unspent money to the budget.
MANS declared Radulović "the financial winner of the presidential elections".

Radulović submitted 13.228 campaign support signatures to the State Election Commission (SEC), of which 8.614 were valid.
In the first round of the presidential elections, he won 0,76 percent, or 2.574 votes.
In the second round of the presidential elections, he supported the candidate of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the former head of state, Milo Đukanović.
