Boško Laketić, a member of the Main Board of the Civic Movement URA, announced today that Filip Radulović, a member of the Presidency of the Europe Now Movement (PES), is a man who has achieved the "Montenegrin dream", of sitting in an armchair, doing nothing and getting paid for it. .

Laketić reacted to today's announcement by Radulović, in which it is stated, among other things, that the problem at Tivat airport perfectly represented 15 months of work by the technical government.

"If you were wondering who Filip Radulović is, he is the man who achieved the "Montenegrin dream", to sit in an armchair, to do nothing and to receive a salary for it. As the executive director of Montenegro Works, Radulović succeeded in about 10 months to spend 220 euros of citizens' money with a couple of employed people, without doing a single useful thing for the state and its companies. state enterprise whose result is zero, excuse me, 220 thousand minuses in the budget of all citizens," Laketić pointed out in the announcement.

He added that the "Montenegrin dream" of Filip Radulović was interrupted by the Government led by the Prime Minister and leader of the URA GP Dritan Abazović by abolishing Montenegro works, which is why, as Laketić says, it seems that Radulović is still angry with Abazović.

"Because if he was particularly concerned about the interests and image of Montenegro and Tivat Airport, he would have shown his concern every time the roof of the airport leaked in the last 17 years, and since then not a single cent has been invested to solve that problem - but then DPS was in power and everything was ideal for Radulović in Montenegro. But aside from that, Filip Radulović, when he was paid by the citizens to deal with problems like this one related to Tivat Airport, did absolutely nothing to solve the problem , and today he blames others for his inaction. Perhaps certain media, Radulović and some "citizen activists" managed to present to the public how "honey and milk" flowed at the airports of Montenegro until Dritan Abazović's government came and then everything went as it should. should, but the truth is far from that," said Laketić.

He said that the problems at Montenegro's airports are decades old.

"In years past, we did not have any significant investments in infrastructure, which is why there are crowds at our airports, because the number of passengers in certain hours is many times higher than the designed capacity of the terminal buildings. That is why the airports in Tivat and Podgorica are leaking, but not yet for a long time, because the current management of the Airport has come to grips with these problems and the reconstruction of the roof at the airport in Podgorica is well under way and will be completed in the next month. 17 years since it started leaking," said Laketić.

In his words, "unlike Montenegro Works and Filip Radulović, who did not even make an analysis of what to do with the Airports of Montenegro, even though it was his task, the current management just made that analysis".

"In addition, despite all the problems, the Airports of Montenegro are recording excellent results, so it is expected that this year will be a record for them as well. This is supported by the fact that in the first five months of this year, the Airports recorded an income of 9,9 million euros, which is 52% more than when Filip Radulović was at the head of Montenegro works. Also, the number of passengers in the first five months is 48% higher compared to the period when Filip Radulović was at the head of Montenegro works," said Laketić.

He also said that significant investments in infrastructure have also been launched after several decades.

"At Tivat Airport, parking positions 3 and 5 and the cargo service have been rehabilitated, at Podgorica Airport the rehabilitation of parking position 3 is in progress, a technical passage has been built, the already mentioned roof is also being rehabilitated, contracts have been signed for the procurement of GH equipment, which will increase operational capacities and improve the safety of operations, deicing service is expected for the first time, which ensures the continuity of operations in winter, the Podgorica airport is finally certified and much more. All in all, improved operations in all segments compared to the period when Filip Radulović was at at the head of Montenegro works", concludes Laketić.
