The President of the Municipality of Nikšić, Marko Kovačević, held out his middle finger during the singing of the national anthem.

This could be seen on the video posted on the YouTube channel of the President of Montenegro. The video of the ceremony was removed after the text was published on the Vijesti portal.

Kovačević did this last night during the celebration of 13 years of operation of the Nikšić Day Center for Children with Disabilities and Persons with Disabilities.

The ceremony was also attended by the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, who sat next to Kovačević at the ceremony.

Two years ago, at the Municipal Day ceremony, Kovačević accompanied the singing of the national anthem standing, but also holding three fingers to his heart.
