On the sidelines of the NATO summit in Vilnius, the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, spoke with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"The summit in Vilnius was also an opportunity to meet with the president of Turkey. We are improving the friendly relations between the two countries by strengthening political and economic cooperation," wrote Milatović on Twitter.
