In addition to being the champion in money spent on official trips in the Parliament for the last year and a half, the representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Predrag Sekulić he is also at the top of the list when it comes to the daily wages he received on that basis.
He is followed by the President of the Assembly Danijela Đurović, and then MPs from the Movement for Change Vladan Raičević, coalition for the future of Montenegro Slaven Radunović, Simonida Kordić i Maja Vukićević, and then with much lower amounts Maksim Vucinic, Dragan Krapović, Bozena Jelušić...
All of them are members of some international delegations and committees, and Maja Vukićević is also the vice-president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PSSE).
The official statistics of the parliamentary services also show that the MPs of the opposition, who were barely seen and heard in the state parliament in the previous two years, were not denied these privileges. That's right Ivan Brajović (Social Democrats) and Branimir Gvozdenović (DPS) also traveled to European capitals at the expense of the citizens of Montenegro. Also and Predrag Boskovic (DPS), which last year took more money for daily allowances from the president of the parliament, and especially compared to the vice president Branko Bošnjak (PzP).
It is also interesting that the former head of the parliament, who is also famous for the future, Aleksa Becic who has had several business trips in the last year and a half, did not take advantage of the opportunity to collect daily allowances.
When it comes to the official per diems that MPs received in 2022, member of the permanent delegation at PSSE Predrag Sekulić took 23.000 euros from the total travel expenses of 4.300 euros in the name of per diems.
His party colleague Predrag Bošković spent 7.500 euros on official trips, and 1.361 euros on per diems. Almost as much as the President of the Assembly Danijela Đurović last year. At that time, she took 1.425 euros for daily allowances, and spent a total of 20.000 euros for official trips.
Those amounts do not include official card amounts, which were not recorded in the table submitted to "Vijesti" in response to a journalist's inquiry.
MP Vladan Raičević from the Movement for Change, who is a member of the Permanent Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and a deputy member of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly, took 19.293 euros for daily allowances out of a total of 2 euros for official trips (accommodation and transportation).
PSSE Vice-President Maja Vukićević, who leads the sessions of that body of the Council of Europe, spent a total of 17.900 euros on travel last year, and 2.600 euros on per diems.
Slaven Radunović, head of the Permanent Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and member of the Parliamentary Committee for Stabilization and Association, had similar expenses, paid by citizens. He spent 15.525 euros on travel and 2 euros on per diems.
His party colleague from Nova, Simonida Kordić, spent a total of 16.373 euros, and she took less than a thousand euros - 970 euros for daily allowances. She is a deputy member of the Permanent Delegation to the OSCE PA, a deputy member of the Permanent Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and a member of the POSP.
Other amounts for official trips and per diems in 2022 are far lower than these, so for example Dragan Krapović took about 1000 euros for per diems, and his trips cost citizens 13.000 euros. Maksim Vučinić traveled for 13.789 euros, he received around 1.500 euros for daily allowances.
It is interesting that the Vice President of the Assembly Branka Bošnjak, who received ambassadors almost every day, did not travel much. Neither did the president of the Committee on International Relations Miodrag Lekić. The Bosniak took 550 euros for daily allowances, and spent 4.160 euros for official trips.
Lekić spent a total of 3.069 euros for these purposes, he received 285 euros for daily allowances.
MP salaries exceeded 1.500 euros a long time ago, and most MPs have around 2.000 euros, while there are also those who receive more than that.
Apart from official trips, they also pay for fuel, use of their car when they come to meetings, parking, accommodation if they are outside Podgorica, telephone bills...
Brajović and Gvozdenović are invisible in the House, they did not refuse official trips
MPs Ivan Brajović and Branimir Gvozdenović were invisible in the Parliament this winter and spring, and since mid-March they have not even come because they are boycotting it. Nevertheless, Brajović spent 5.800 euros on official trips and took 1.100 euros for daily allowances. Branimir Gvozdenović received only 449 euros for daily allowances, and the Assembly paid about 5.000 euros for his travel.
As we announced, Danijela Đurović spent the most this year by the end of June on travel, 24.400 euros, of which she took 2.400 for daily allowances.
Predrag Sekulić spent around 14.000 euros, and 3.328 for daily wages.
Maja Vukićević took 2.000 euros for daily wages, Slaven Radunović 539, Simonida Kordić 1.200...
