Montenegro condemns constant attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine, said the Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MVP).
Two people were killed and 22 wounded, after Russia fired 19 missiles at the port of Odessa last night.
"Montenegro condemns the constant attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine," the MPV said on Twitter.
They said that last night's bombing of Odessa and the destruction of the main Orthodox cathedral, which is under the protection of UNESCO, is another war crime for which Russia must be held accountable.
