These are all privileges that MPs have kept and that, along with official trips, they have been using for years.
Thus, according to the data of the Assembly, in the last year and a half, more than 30 deputies spent more than 1.500 euros each for phone calls. Among them, the most numerous are those who did not have significant expenses for official trips, which "Vijesti" wrote about earlier.
