The decision prepared by the parties in power in Bijelo Polje and which they plan to vote on today to donate the Bistrica estuary and coastal land to the Dulović family through the Sports Fishing Society "Sinjavac" is illegal, said the president of the Municipal Committee of the Justice and Reconciliation Party (SPP), Admir Camić. .
There were four items on the agenda of the 18th session of the local parliament, which is in progress: proposals for decisions on giving consent to the Decision on determining the prices of communal services DOO Vodovod "Bistrica" for the year 2024, giving consent to the Decision on changes to the Decision on organizing JU Center for Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities "Tisa", and giving consent to the Decision on Amendments to the Statute of Ju Center for Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities "Tisa".
On the agenda are also proposals for Decisions in the area of property law, as well as the adoption of the decision on the transfer of the right of disposal on construction land, by which the Municipality of Bijelo Polje transfers the right of disposal to real estate on cadastral plots of land with an area of 61 square meters to the Sports Fishing Club "Sinjavac". , a fifth-class forest with an area of 466 square meters and a sixth-class pasture measuring 24 square meters, registered in the list of immovable properties of the Municipality of Voljavac in the name of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje.
The transfer, as stated in the decision, is carried out for the purposes of the local study of the location "Ušće" until the completion of the urban plot number UP, with a fee, according to the assessment of the competent commission.
In a statement, Camić said that everyone knows that the family is behind the "Sinjavac" Sports Fishing Association, which leased a fishing lodge on Ušće for 99 years, as we learn to the Dulović family, which he expanded and built a large restaurant next to the Bistrica river itself. , where it can be seen that part of the garden is on the property of the municipality.
"While the building was under construction, it was under the seal of the Building Inspection, so it is not clear how the construction continued and how it received a permit for a restaurant from the Municipality of Bijelo Polje. Sports fishing club "Sinjavac" has not yet informed the public or its members. under what conditions did they give out a fishing lodge to the Dulović family, while now the municipality of Bijelo Polje and the government that runs this municipality is giving away the remaining Ušće to this society, which is scandalous, so we hereby call on the local parliament not to do that, because they are continuing a 30-year robbery of the state," said Camić, calling on the Basic State Prosecutor's Office to investigate the case of family ties.
