The President of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Italy, Lorenzo Fontana, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, on the occasion of his election as President of the Parliament of Montenegro.
As reported by the Public Relations Department of the Assembly, Fontana said that he is convinced that during Mandić's mandate, he will have the opportunity to further improve relations between the two parliaments.
"Dear President, on behalf of the House of Representatives and in my own name, I send you my heartiest congratulations on the occasion of the election for the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.
He added that, as stated, this will be the topic of the upcoming 11th conference of the presidents of the parliaments of the countries of Southeast Europe, which will be held in Budapest on November 17.
"With the best wishes for success in the work at the beginning of the new convocation of the Parliament in Montenegro, I warmly greet you," said Fontana.
