The head of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) parliamentary group, Milan Knežević, said at the Assembly session that today should be a holiday, but that it reminds him more "of the fortnight".
A parliamentary session is underway, where the seventh judge of the Constitutional Court should be voted on. The candidate for that position is Faruk Resulbegović, head of the Ulcinj Prosecutor's Office.
The deceased, as Knežević said, is the Montenegrin judiciary.
"A few days ago, a transcript was released between the flag-bearers of Montenegrin independence (Peter) Lazović, (Ljub) Milović and (Radoj) Zvicer, in which they provide a no-limit amount of money to confirm the shameful and monstrous verdict of Suzana Mugoša (in the case of the "coup d'état"). I I would like to ask you to make a statement and condemn the attack on the parliament, deputies and the president of the Assembly, who was targeted by the Kavac clan so that we would be judged. We have a continuation of that in the form of Vesna Medenica and her correspondence with the heroine of the High Court, Mugoša, who comment on the verdict for 'coup d'état' ', they agree on how to eliminate the evidentiary materials and finally celebrate the verdict... I say this because many of you not only removed our immunity, but ordered us to be detained unconstitutionally. pointed out Knežević.
He stated that it is tragic that today there is talk about holiday matters and the election of the seventh judge of the Constitutional Court, "while the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court have collapsed under the tunnel".
"The High Court does not exist, nor does the Supreme Court. I would like you to have the democratic capacity to condemn the Kavaka clan and the people who worked for you, and whom you considered national heroes in the fight against us and our Chetnik mothers, as Vesna honored us Medenica. Mr. Resulbegović, may God help you both in the Constitutional Court and outside it," said Knežević.
Member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Jevto Eraković, replied that this party will advocate "for justice to come to light and to win in the end".
"Just as we will advocate that those who wanted to spill blood on the streets of Montenegro be adequately punished. If you participated in that, you should be punished not for five years, but much more. We should leave it to the prosecution to see if you "Guilty or not. Whoever is guilty should be held accountable. You are also suspected of trying to spill the blood of Montenegrin citizens on our streets. Let's leave the prosecution to do its job," he emphasized.
Knežević responded by saying that residential square footage is the only thing that Eraković stands for.
"Because you got an apartment of 13 square meters for 90 euros. Those are two purses of Lidija Đukanović, while the Montenegrin poor are unable to take out a loan of five thousand euros. But that's why you defend the assets of Montenegro very well, and in fact you defend the assets of the Kavačac clan, because with this discussion you directly sided with the Kavački clan - Milović, Zvicer, Lazović. You are the last person who can threaten anyone and assess whether someone is guilty or suspicious. You should be held accountable for a million wrongdoings in healthcare, and you should answer how you got a 90-square-meter apartment, and I believe that the new government and the new majority will pass a lex specialis according to which you will have to pay for that apartment at market value or it will be taken away from you," he added.
Erakovic replied that he was not afraid of Knežević.
"You didn't scare me at all, because I'm sure of everything I did and achieved. And the court should determine what you did. I didn't get that apartment alone, but I got it together with my partner, who is also a doctor. We had 26 years of tenant experience. We got it according to the law and regulations, as it was prescribed. I got the apartment because of my professional achievements, as a doctor and not a politician."
Knežević stated that he would not trade Eraković for any of the medical achievements of that DPS deputy.
"And I wouldn't even take a 90-square-meter apartment for 13 euros while Montenegro is suffering under economic and social repression."
The head of the New Serbian Democracy parliamentary club, Slaven Radunović, said that the DPS deputies admired the former president of the Supreme Court, Vesna Medenica, the former chief of police, Veselin Veljović, the special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, the judge of the High Court, Suzana Mugoša...

Acting President of DPS Danijel Živković said that, according to the logic of the parties of the Democratic Front (DNP and Nova), the DPS could say that the officials of those parties are "members of a terrorist organization".
"You have a verdict for that. It was annulled, but the proceedings are still ongoing. The attempt to stick labels that the DPS is criminalized, that it belongs to some clan - has failed. You will not profit from that topic. You think that you will completely destroy the judicial branch of government, in order to brought people who could write judgments. Milo Božović is your official, who is in the process with the Kavački clan. He is part of the Kavački clan and he also participated in giving money to write the verdict against you. What will happen if new transcripts come out? Will Knežević and Mandić be guilty again," he said.
Živković said that Knežević is making accusations and that he will have the opportunity to present his knowledge before the prosecution.
"How and in what way do anyone's correspondences reach the public? Who is responsible in the prosecution for delivering the correspondences? That is the basic question. Is what is stated in the Sky correspondence correct? You, Mr. Knežević, will have to prove what you say before the competent authorities. But the question is whether you will apologize to those you target if they are acquitted. I have no need to apologize to anyone, because I presented the qualifications that are known to the public, and which were presented by the prosecution," he added is.
