The Deputies' Club of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) announced that they will initiate a hearing of the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Anđela Jakšić Stojanović, regarding, as they stated, the situation in the education system that resulted in alarmingly poor PISA test results for Montenegrin students.

"The goal of this initiative is to react in a timely manner, and to engage all institutions so that we can start working on solving the problem as soon as possible, provide students with a better education and, consequently, a better placement in the next test. The results presented yesterday, the worst since 2012 , and weaker than those from 2018, pointed to a constant decline in the quality of education in the last few years," the statement of the Club of DPS deputies points out.
They added that their initiative has already been supported by the Social Democrats (SD) and the Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI).
"Bearing in mind that creating the best possible conditions for the progress and development of our children, and providing assumptions for better quality work of the teaching staff, should be in the interest of all representatives in the Assembly, regardless of political orientation, we hope that this initiative of ours will be supported by of all parties in parliament," concludes the press release of the DPS Deputies Club.
