Most of the leaders of Montenegrin parliamentary parties own numerous properties, and judging by the property records they submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) - the leaders of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) are among the richest. Vladimir Jokovic, New Serbian Democracies (NSD) Andrija Mandic and Albanian Alternatives (AA) Nick Djelosaj.
Public officials are obliged to submit income and property reports to KAS, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Corruption. However, no one checks the accuracy of the submitted data, which means that they may not reflect the official's real financial situation.
Prime Minister and the Europe Now Movement (PES) Milojko Spajic in November he received the first prime minister's salary, in the amount of 1.891 euros. According to the information he submitted to ASK, he has no real estate in his name. He reported only the car "mercedes-benz", 2020. year.
