The Democratic Front criticized the election of Danilo Mrvaljević as the head of the Municipal Committee of Democratic Montenegro in Cetinje.
"The election to the leading positions of local organizations of opposition parties, people who, through their public appearances and posts on social networks, have continuously shown discriminatory attitudes towards majority Montenegro, is certainly not the way to build opposition unity, and even less to build much-needed mutual trust," he says. in an unsigned statement from the DF.
They claim that "it was not long ago, when the newly elected president of OO Democrats of Cetinje, Danilo Mrvaljević, via social networks, "solicited" from Cetinje the free citizens of Montenegro who came to express their displeasure over the forcible pushing of Montenegro into NATO."
"In this way, this close associate of Alekse Bečić openly joined the supporters of the bombing, because even after eighteen years of NATO aggression, he openly spreads hatred by driving members of the Serbian and Montenegrin people who are against NATO from Cetinje, as if Cetinje is not Montenegro. And just as the DF defends Vladimir Jokić, who is stripped of his Montenegrin citizenship, we note as a matter of principle that the election of Mrvaljević will not contribute to the DF's cooperation with him and that until he dares to publicly defend himself and apologize for the hate speech of April 26, 2017 Democratic Front will not cooperate with him," DF states.
They believe that from what was said, it follows that Mrvaljević is ready, "if the opportunity arises, to drive and persecute Serbs and Montenegrins from Montenegro, as he drove us from Cetinje."

Likewise, it is symptomatic that someone thinks that, depending on the environment, policy can be changed and adjusted, and that at the same time, within two days, one can lay a wreath and take photos at the memorial fountain to the innocent victims of NATO aggression in Murina, and from Cetinje call for the persecution of those who oppose NATO integration . The fact that someone is from Nato and from Dukla is his business, but one story cannot be told in Cetinje and another in Kuči, Piperi in the north, and so on, because it is an insult to the intelligence of our citizens, a clear lack of vision and a textbook example of stumbling around the political scene." , conclude in DF.
