The club of deputies of the Social Democrats (SD) will initiate a control hearing of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Filip Ivanović before the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants, on the occasion of the presence of deputies and public officials from Montenegro to celebrate the Day of the Republic of Srpska (RS), announced the deputy of the SD Nikola Zirojević.
At the press conference, he said that the presence of numerous representatives from Montenegro at the RS Day celebration sent a message about the position of the ruling majority regarding the territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
"Our suspicions that this is the position of the entire parliamentary majority are confirmed by the fact that Ivanovic did not distance himself from this," Zirojević said, reports Pobjeda.
He believes that Ivanovic was obliged to send an apology to the BiH ambassador in Montenegro.
Ivanović, as stated by Zirojević, is obliged to inform the members of the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants and the public what he did in order to confirm the foreign policy course of Montenegro.
"The celebration of the unconstitutional day of the RS is a flagrant violation of these obligations of Montenegro. "One cannot tell one story in Brussels, and with this kind of action show a completely different foreign policy," said Zirojević.
He said that the Europe Movement and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and how they could react to this kind of behavior and that they were obliged to do so.
"We expect that the initiative will get a majority. We need four deputies in the Committee for the hearing to take place," said Zirojević.
