The head of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) councilors' club in the Capital City Assembly, Andrija Klikovac, called on the mayor of Podgorica, Olivera Injac, and the competent ministry to provide citizens with alternative accommodation if they continue with the demolition of citizens' apartments in Lamela C in the Zabjelo settlement.
"I call on Mayor Injac and the relevant ministry to respect Article 171 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction and provide citizens with alternative accommodation if they continue with the demolition of citizens' apartments in Lamela C," wrote Klikovac on social network X.
The demolition of Lamela C under the Ljubović hill, in the Zabjelo settlement, in Podgorica, began the day before yesterday early in the morning, while three disputes are pending before the Administrative Court, and despite the fact that the inspection of the department, on whose order the demolition was ordered, said that it was impossible before the court's decision , because otherwise the investor could sue the state authority.
The demolition of the residential building whose investor is "PS Gradnja" began the day before yesterday in the early hours of the morning, and the intervention was suspended the same day around 13.30:XNUMX p.m. As can be seen in the available photos and videos and as reported by TV Vijesti reporters from the scene, some walls in the attic of the disputed building were demolished the day before yesterday.
The police administration (UP) told "Vijesta" the day before yesterday that they were informed about the demolition of Lamela C on January 5, when the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, headed by Janko Odović, submitted a request for assistance.
