There are 35 cars in the fleet of the Parliament of Montenegro, of which 11 are not in charge.
This is written in the report on the official vehicles of the parliament from November, published on the website of the legislative chamber.
The right to use official cars belongs to the presidents of parliamentary working bodies, persons designated by heads of clubs, the general secretary and his deputies.
Ten vehicles were produced in 2023, two are one year old, and two are five. One car was produced in 2016, four in 2015, and three in 2014.
One vehicle is 12 years old, five are 13, one is 14, two are 15, three are 16, while the oldest was built 17 years ago.
The newest cars are the Renault Megane, nine of them, and one electric Renault e-tech. They are all 2023.
"Megan" models are used by the vice-presidents of the Assembly Zdenka Popović i Boris Pejović, heads of NSD, PES and DPS clubs Slaven Radunović, Vasilije Carapić i Andrija Nikolić, including Srdjan Mirjanic in front of the Democrat club.
Two "megans" are driven by two drivers of the Assembly service, while one is not in charge. One driver of the parliament drives an electric "reno". The service has six drivers.
When it comes to the other clubs, in front of the BS is an "Opel Astra", seven years old, longer Edin Lekic, while the same model, a year older, uses Dušan Knežević in front of the DNP club. Representatives of the special club of deputies and the club of the Albanian Forum, Jevrosima Pejović i Nikola Camaj, drive a nine-year-old Renault Fluens.
Official cars are also used by board representatives. President of the Human Rights Committee Jovan Vučurović he uses a 13-year-old Golf VI, and the president of the Administrative Board drives the same car Jelena Nedović. To the head of the Committee for International Relations Duško Stjepović, "reno laguna", 12 years old, belonged to him.
General Secretary of the Assembly Aleksandar Klaric borrowed an Audi A6, 16 years old, while his deputy Milena Vuković he drives a 13-year-old Golf VI. second pronoun, Lidija Grdinić, she did not borrow the car, but uses the right to fuel.
He uses an eight-year-old Opel Astra Velimir Djokovic, chief of staff of the President of the Assembly.
The use of official cars is defined by a special regulation. It says that the user of the vehicle is obliged to park it at the end of the working day and hand over the keys to the employee in charge of the fleet. It was stated that cars can be driven even on non-working days, but with the approval of the Secretary General.
