The Vice-President of the Assembly Zdenka Popović said that the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro did not regulate the issue of the status of acts that have not entered into legal force and that the President of Montenegro has not signed.
She stated this in response to the statements of Andrije Nikolić, head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the Parliament of Montenegro, who said that it is too late to withdraw the Law on Electronic Communications.
Popović said that "the legal gap and the way to overcome the legal dilemma will be decided by the Collegium or the Expert Service of the Assembly".
"And I tell Mr. Nikolić to count to three before his ill-mannered and impulsive reactions, because political life does not end today. The essence is clear, this law will not be in the legal order of Montenegro, Popović stated.
