From May to December last year, the rating of almost all politicians for whom the Center for Democracy and Human Rights is a methodologist increased Milos Besic asked the citizens, it fell to three, while only Andrija Mandic received the same average score on both surveys.
According to Bešić's December survey, the head of state and deputy president of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Jakov Milatovic has the highest average score of 3,00, while he is the head of that party and the prime minister Milojko Spajic second in terms of popularity with a rating of 2,74, but with the largest increase of 0,27 compared to Cedem's survey in May when its rating was 2,47.
The minimum grade that could be given in both questionnaires is one, and the maximum is five.
Bešić told "Vijesta" that this indicates that the citizens show the most confidence in Milatović and that these percentages have been "stable high" since he assumed the presidency.
"Spajić's rating growth is understandable, but a bigger increase was to be expected, given that he took over the position of prime minister," he said.
In third place, as in May, is the Deputy Prime Minister and President of Democratic Montenegro Aleksa Becic which records a slight growth. Namely, in May his rating was 2,46, while according to the latest survey it is 2,51.
Leader of the Democratic People's Party (DNP) Milan Knezevic is fourth, with an average rating of 2,25, while fifth is the newly elected president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Zivkovic, with a rating of 2,18.
Bešić said that the "moderate growth" of Živković is most likely the effect of the intra-party campaign for party president.
Next comes the former prime minister and leader of the URA Civic Movement Dritan Abazovic, which recorded the biggest drop compared to May - according to the survey at the time, it had a rating of 2,36, and in December it got 2,17.
After him on the list are the head of the parliament and the leader of the New Serbian Democracy (NSD) Andrija Mandić with a rating of 2,11, the general secretary of the Democrats Boris Bogdanovic with 2,09, one of the founders of Preokret Srdjan Peric with 2,03, the leader of the United Montenegro Goran Danilović with 1,97, which is 0,1 less than in December.
He is followed by the president of the Bosniak Party Ervin Ibrahimovic with an average grade of 1,95, Minister of Agriculture and President of the SNP Vladimir Jokovic he has 1,89, and he is the leader of the Albanian alternative Nick Djelosaj 1,86.
Mayor of Cetinje and vice president of SDP Nikola Đurašković in the new survey, he received a score of 1,81, the leader of the Democratic Union of Albanians Mehmed Zenka 1,72, president of the Social Democrats Damir Sehovic 1,70, which is 0,14 less than in December. Leaders of the Force and the Democratic Party Genzi Nimanbeg i Fatmir Đeka they have the same average rating of 1,68, with the minister for human rights having a higher increase.
This week, Bešić published on the X network the percentage of the highest ratings for politicians from the December survey, but they do not match the party ratings he published earlier this month.
For example, PES has the highest rating with 24,9 percent, while Spajić has 12,9 percent of the highest ratings. Only Milatović, with 17,5 percent, has more fives than him, who, since he assumed the presidency, has not participated in the work of the party.
The second best-ranked party is DPS with 23,9 percent, while Živković has 11,5 percent of fives. Bečić has an almost identical number of fives (10,8 percent), as well as the rating of his party (10 percent of the electorate).
And Knežević stands with fives, much better than the party's rating - 11,6 percent to 5,7 percent.
The discrepancy is also visible in GP URA, which has a rating of 3,9 percent, and its leader Dritan Abazović has 5,5 percent of the highest ratings. The same is the case with the United Montenegro, whose rating is 0,3 percent, while its leader Goran Danilović has 2,7 percent of the highest ratings.
Bešić told Television Vijesti that his research was conducted from December 12 to 27 and that 1.003 respondents participated in it. Cedem conducted its research from May 1 to 14, 2023, on a sample of 1.003 respondents.
Bešić: Bečić has a significantly lower percentage of worst grades than Knežević and Mandić
Bešić believes that the almost identical rating of three politicians - Bečić, Knežević and Mandić - is interesting. He explains that the rating is identical when it comes to the percentage of the highest ratings, but that Bečić has a significantly lower percentage of the worst ratings.
"So his rating is effectively better than the displayed measurement", adds the interlocutor of Vijesti.

When it comes to Knežević, Bešić states that it is an interesting fact that he has a significantly higher percentage of the highest ratings than his party's rating.
"This is because the process of 'disassociation' of the former DF is still ongoing, so the time for the final distribution of votes between NSD and DNP has yet to come," says the interlocutor.
Bešić highlighted the example of the growth of Niko Đeljošaj's rating, which is a "reflex of the obtained ministerial position".
"But it indicates the possibility that Đeljošaj will achieve dominance in the Albanian electorate in the future," said Bešić.
