Defense Minister Dragan Krapović met with his Croatian counterpart Ivan Anušić during a lunch organized by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius during the Munich Security Conference.

"Minister Krapović, during the lunch organized by the Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany Pistorius during the Munich Security Conference, met with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Croatia Ivan Anušić. The ministers discussed the improvement of the cooperation between the two allied and friendly countries in the field of defense and European integration," it is written in publish.
On January 13, during his visit to Montenegro, Anušić canceled the meeting with Krapović because, as he explained, of Krapović's views on the school ship "Jadran" and the memorial plaque at the former Morinje camp.
Krapović was then supposed to meet with Anušić in Tivat, as part of the celebration of the Croatian People's Day in Montenegro.
On January 11, Krapović stated in the program "Načisto" on "TV Vijesti" that Croatia has no right to claim "Jadran" and that the plaque in Morinje should be replaced by another "with adequate text". Earlier, he said that he thought that there was "no place to mention any nation in Montenegro" on the record.
The Munich Security Conference takes place from January 16 to 18 in the German city of Munich.
