The new organizational secretary of the ruling Union of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), Igor Dodik - son of Milorad Dodik, president of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity Rapublika Srpska, accused Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić of "losing his identity".
