The president of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, believes that the statement of the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, that, as Dodik states, he will visit and that he knows only Bosnia and Herzegovina, without the entity, is an insult to the Republika Srpska and a denial of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
"I visited the Assembly of Montenegro and the President of the Assembly Andrija Mandić. I don't know the internal communication of the government structures in Montenegro, but I didn't expect Milatović to call me, nor to meet with him. His statement that he would visit and that he only knows BiH , without an entity, is an insult to the Republika Srpska and a negation of the Dayton Peace Agreement. We'll see how it goes when he comes to Sarajevo. Because maybe we'll let him meet only with Muslims, but then that's not Bosnia and Herzegovina," wrote Dodik on social media network X.
He also said that he hopes that in the coming period they will strengthen "those forces that will return Montenegro to an alliance with Serbia and to unity with the Serbian people".
