The Socialist People's Party (SNP) does not have a time frame for the reconstruction of the Government, it can be done when Prime Minister Milojko Spajić decides, announced the leader of the SNP, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Vladimir Joković.

He said this at the conference on the occasion of the presentation of this year's Agricultural Budget, when asked if the SNP will be part of the Government after its announced reconstruction. Joković stated that in the agreement on the formation of the Government, it is written where and in which departments there will be changes.

"From the SNP, we have absolutely nothing against it being done whenever the prime minister wants or when the need arises. Basically, as far as the SNP is concerned, there will be no changes," said Joković.

He also commented on the stability of the Government, that is, the relations between Democratic Montenegro and the Europe Now Movement, and stated that the most important thing is for the Government to work with full dynamism. He pointed out that the media shows that there are some problems, but that Montenegro has no time to wait and that the most important thing is that the country moves forward economically.

"Minor disagreements about some personnel decisions, that's always happened, but until now we had a totalitarian government, so disagreements could not come to light", he explained, adding that now the government is transparent and everyone has the right to an opinion and position.

He stated that he believes that the 44th Government can close a large part of the chapter and introduce Montenegro into the European Union.

Regarding the election of the chief of police, Joković stated that he wants it to be a competent person and that he wants to put an end to mafia structures. He stated that he was in Rome during the election session and did not attend, and that he believes that everything should have been regulated before signing the coalition agreement.

"We want it to be a competent and honorable person. Whoever is there will have to work according to the law and in the interest of the citizens, and the position of all of us in the Government was that it should be an apolitical person, not belong to any party and work in the interest of the citizens." Jokovic said.
