The whole world is horrified by the brutal terrorist attack in Moscow, said the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić.
At least 60 people were killed in Friday night's attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in northwest Moscow.
"This is another tragic contribution to the history of the suffering of innocent people in senseless acts of violence," Mandic said in a post on the X network.
According to him, terrorism is a danger that seriously threatens humanity and requires a decisive response.
"My sincere condolences to the families of the dead, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery," said Mandić.
