The perpetrators of the attack on Crocus City Hall near Moscow must be held accountable for that crime, the Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MVP) announced.
They said on Network X that they condemn in the strongest terms the vicious attack on Crocus City Hall.
"The perpetrators of this crime must be held accountable. At this difficult moment, our thoughts are with the families of the victims, while I hope for the recovery of the injured," said the MFA announcement.
