The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, sent his condolences to the families of the victims of last night's attack in Russia.
"I deeply regret the innocent victims of Russian citizens in the terrorist attack in Moscow and express my condolences to their families. I wish the injured a speedy and successful recovery," wrote Milatović on the social network Ix.
According to the latest information, at least 115 people were killed in an attack on the audience of a concert in the "Crocus City Hall" near Moscow, which the state authorities are investigating as terrorism.
11 people were arrested, including "four terrorists who were directly involved in the attack". Responsibility for the attack last night was claimed by the Islamic State.
