Stunned by the news about the difficult and sad moment that befell the victims of the attack on Crocus City Hall in Moscow, I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims and all citizens, and our thoughts are with the injured with the wish for a speedy recovery, announced today Aleksa Bečić, Deputy Prime Minister for security, internal policy, European and foreign affairs.
