The Vice-President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Zdenka Popović, expressed her condolences regarding the terrorist attack that took place in Moscow on Friday.
"We are deeply shaken by the insidious attack that took place in Moscow and express our sincere condolences to the families of the victims and all citizens of Russia. Our thoughts are with all the victims of this cowardly act and their families, as well as the injured, to whom we wish a successful and speedy recovery. We condemn this act of terrorism and we stand in solidarity with the citizens of Moscow in these difficult times. We hope that all the perpetrators as well as the organizers of this crime will be severely sanctioned," said the telegram sent by Popović, the Assembly announced.
